These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase made on mellerbrandus.com, operated by Meller Brand. By placing an order you accept them together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

1. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and are charged at the time of purchase through secure third-party payment processors. Any promotional offer shown on the product page or in the cart (for example, buy one get one) is applied automatically at checkout while the promotion is active.

2. Order Confirmation

After checkout you receive an order confirmation by email. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailability of the item; in that case you receive a full refund to the original payment method.

3. Shipping

Shipping is free on all orders. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 5 to 15 business days after dispatch. Every order travels on a tracked international service, and the final delivery to your door is completed by the postal or courier operator that serves your address. The service name shown at checkout is our despatch option for your country; the carrier that handles each leg of the route is shown on your tracking page. If your order has not arrived 15 business days after dispatch, please write to support@mellerbrandus.com.

4. Customs and Duties

Customs duties and import taxes are covered by Meller Brand. If any unexpected fee is charged during transit, send the receipt to support@mellerbrandus.com and we will reimburse you in full.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched by writing to support@mellerbrandus.com with your order number.

6. Returns, Refunds and Warranty

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Returns, refunds and the 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Your Rights

If you have a concern about your purchase, please contact us first at support@mellerbrandus.com so we can solve it quickly. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer in your country.
