Meller Brand currently sells one-time purchases only. No recurring subscription is created when you place an order, and you will never be charged again without placing a new order.

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched. Email support@mellerbrandus.com with your order number and we will confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you can still return it within 30 days of delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

Future Purchase Options

If subscription or other recurring purchase options are offered in the future, you will be able to cancel them at any time, and the discount and frequency shown on the product page at the moment of subscribing will apply.
